The Breakthrough - Part One

Scripture:  Proverbs 16:9 – A man’s heart plans his way, but the Lord direct his steps.
Before a “breakthrough” there will be periods of testing like Job.  Job learned that it was better to know God than to have all of the answers.  We as well need spiritual enlightenment to know of God’s Sovereignty for our increasing faith (Job 42:5 & James 5:11).

There will be periods of waiting like Joseph.  Joseph remembered God’s covenant (Genesis 15:13-20 & Genesis 50:24-26).  We also can see this in the New Testament in Hebrews 11:22.

There will be periods of trust like Noah who built the ark.  Noah walked with God.  Noah was a man of patience, consistency, and obedience (Genesis 6:9, 22).

There will be periods of praying like Elijah.  Prayer is our most powerful resource.  God’s power is infinite (James 5:17-18).

We Will Someday Be Like Jesus
Be Unlimited By Physical Properties
We Will Have New Bodies
A Wonderful Experience
A New Environment
A New Experience of God’s Presence
New Emotions
The Sun Is Not Needed
Satan Is Defeated
No More Sin, No More Tears or Sorrow
Sin Is Banished
People Are Invited To Live With God Forever
The Curse Is Removed
God’s City Is Glorified

Prayer:  Thank you heavenly Father that we can look to you for our ultimate “breakthrough.”
